Snow Canyon State Park Hike

Went hiking with Juan, Dave and Zack. Zack kept climbing up everywhere. He climbed up a very tall rock formation, and when he got to the top, he realized he was much higher than he thought he was. He was too scared to go back down. We tried to guide him down from the bottom, but it became very clear that he was not going to be able to get down. I called the Ranger Station, and they came and helped him down by climbing up the rock and guiding his feet down to where he felt confident enough he could continue down. It was pretty scary for all of us but made for a good story later. He doesn't climb rocks as much since then :-)

WCBR Donation to The Booyah Foundation

As the Chair of the Washington County Board of Realtors Community Relations Committee, I organized a donation for the Booyah Foundation. The Booyah Foundation helps families who have lost a loved one while they were training for an athletic event. It was a real pleasure helping this charity.

First, to inspire triathletes and individuals to accomplish the seemingly impossible and lift others in the process.
Second, to lift the burden of triathletes and families of triathletes when facing severe hardships with financial assistance and BOOYAH! family support.
The BOOYAH! Foundation is made up of all volunteer triathletes that make up the BOOYAH! Family, join our family and be the difference in another.hThe mission of the BOOYAH! Foundation is two fold:

Happy New Year!

Our New Year's Eve celebration was held at Julie and Tom's house.  Those who were there: Melissa and Jeff and their two girls, Ciera and Seth, Dane & Stacey and their three kids, Kim and Steven and three of their kids - Lyndsey, Jordan and Jacob, Chase, Zack, Juan, Tanner, Grandma and Grandpa Cable, Julie and Tom (of course) and Dave and me. It was a lot of fun. We ate a lot of food, shot off fireworks, sat in the hot tub, played Minute to Win It, Charades and other fun games. We were all pooped by midnight, so as soon as we celebrated 2015, we all went home and went to bed. It was a fun night, and everyone enjoyed it from the youngest to the oldest and even the teenagers!
