Festival of Lights - St. Louis, Missouri

Dave, Tanner, Zack and I went to the Festival of Lights the day after Thanksgiving. It was so much fun.  The weather was perfect.  The entertainment was nice, and the food from the food trucks was yummy!  It was fun being in a big city again.  After the presentation everyone followed Santa down to Macy's where they had magicians, music, face painting and crafts for the kids.  It was a fun night.  We will definitely do this again next year.

Zack thought he was too big to be making a reindeer, but then the guy helping everyone told him that he probably didn't want to be embarrassed because he could make a better reindeer than Zack, so Zack had to prove him wrong.  Zack's is pretty cute!  I think he may have won.

I love being a Grandma.  I just wish we lived closer to her!

Mason's Ordination

Mason was ordained an Elder and then received his patriarchal blessing.  After that we went to lunch at The Cheesecake Factory.  It was a great day.  I am so proud to be his mom.

Showboat Branson Belle

Dave, Zack, Tanner and I went to Branson and got a ride on the Showboat Branson Belle.  We had a good lunch while watching a variety Christmas show.  It was a lot of fun.  The kids really enjoyed being on the boat.  After that we road some go-karts.  They said those were the best go-karts they had ever been on.  It was a fun day with unusually nice weather so late in the season.
