Saying good-bye is always hard . . .

We had to say good-bye to Elder Stapley who was transferred to Arkansas.  He and his companion Elder Sharp were so great helping Juan get better prepared to receive the Priesthood.  The boys always looked forward to seeing them.  Elder Stapley really put his heart into this area as he was called her, I believe, to turn things around.  Things had been a little stale for many years, and he brought new enthusiasm and excitement to the area.  He accomplished so much in the short time he was here, and he put in motion many more things to come.  We love him and will miss him dearly.  The awesome thing was that his trainer was Christopher Perkes.  I felt like he brought a little of Chase to our home because of that connection.
