We bought a little studio condo in Brian Head to use for family getaways but also to rent it out as a vacation rental and make some money. We love it. It is directly across the highway from the Giant Steps Ski Lift. It is so much fun to watch the skiers and listen to the laughter and "wahoos". In the summertime there are bands at the Giant Steps Lodge and people put their mountain bikes on the ski lifts and ride them down the hill. It is about 30 degrees cooler than St George in the summertime, so we enjoy getting out of the heat every now and then. These are pictures of our condo.
